Material Compliance (REACH)

All metal components (copper, EPL aluminum, steel, silver plating) comply with EU REACH Regulation. They are tested to ensure the absence of Nickel (Nickel-free), Lead, and Cadmium beyond legal limits. 

Chemical Conformity Declaration:
Aureth guarantees that all jewelry items, metal accessories, and furnishing components in the catalog comply with the restrictions established by EU REACH Regulation.

• Nickel: Nickel release complies with established limits to prevent allergic contact reactions.
• Lead and Cadmium: Heavy metal content is strictly controlled and complies with European safety standards.
  
  As a retailer, we ensure that our logistics suppliers operating in the EU market only provide items that meet these safety requirements.

General Warnings

• CHOKING HAZARD: Stones, runes, pendulums, and tree/box components contain small parts. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS OLD AND PETS. 

• HANDLING: Rough stones, obsidian points, and wire trees may have sharp edges. Handle with care. 

• UNIQUENESS: Variations in color and shape are proof of the natural origin of stones and wood. 

Allergies and material sensitivities

Category Specifics

A. WOODEN ITEMS (Boxes, Bases, Pictures) 

• NATURE OF THE MATERIAL: Wood (Acacia, Mango, Shisham) is a living material. Do not expose to direct heat sources (radiators/intense sunlight) to avoid cracks.
• HUMIDITY: Do not wet. Excessive humidity can deform the wood or cause any stone inlays to detach. 
• MECHANICS: Pay attention to metal hinges (risk of crushed fingers). 

B. ITEMS FOR COMBUSTION AND OPEN FLAMES 

• FIRE SAFETY RULES (Valid for all candle holders and burners): Never leave flames unattended. Use only on stable, flat, heat-resistant surfaces. Keep away from drafts and flammable materials (curtains, paper, fabrics). 
• CERAMIC BURNERS: Ensure the upper tray always contains water or wax during operation. Contact of the flame with empty ceramic could cause it to break. Do not touch the product until it is completely cool (burn hazard). 
• SELENITE CANDLE HOLDERS: Please note that Selenite is a water-soluble mineral. NEVER wet and do not use in excessively humid environments, as the stone could dissolve or be damaged. 

C. HANGING AND DECORATIVE ITEMS (Pictures, Plaques) 

• FASTENING: Ensure hooks and supports are suitable for the item's weight. The seller is not responsible for damage resulting from falls due to incorrect fastening. 
  
• Objects made of wood, metal, ceramic or other materials may be fragile.
• Handle with care
• Do not use if damaged
• Position stably
•  Statuettes and small pictures are fragile. Place on stable surfaces out of reach of young children.

D. OIL ROLLERS AND FRAGRANCE DIFFUSERS

• ROLLERS AND DIFFUSERS: Supplied empty. The seller is not responsible for allergic reactions caused by liquids or oils inserted by the user. Check the integrity of the glass before each use. 

E. CAR DIFFUSERS 

• The product must be positioned so as not to limit the driver's visibility or maneuverability. Avoid contact of the diffuser (if soaked in fragrances) with the interior surfaces of the car to prevent damage to materials (plastics/leather). 

F. SOUND INSTRUMENTS

• BELLS/GONGS: Do not play near the ear. Clean only with a dry cloth. 
• Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and similar instruments are made of metal.
• Use on stable surfaces
• Avoid excessively strong impacts
• Do not use near ears at high volume

G. JEWELRY AND ACCESSORIES

Bracelets, necklaces, and accessories may include metals, elastic, or other components. Some people may be sensitive or allergic to certain materials.

• Use with caution on sensitive skin
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs
• Do not use as children's items

Where included, the finish [Silver Plated/EPL/Copper] may deteriorate on contact with water, sweat, perfumes, or detergents. Clean only with a dry, soft cloth to preserve its shine.

H. STONE OBJECTS AND DECORATIONS

Objects such as spheres, towers, pendulums, runes, stone trees, or decorations may be fragile or include different components.

• Place on stable surfaces
• Avoid bumps or drops
• Pay attention to metal or thin parts

Use exclusively as decorative or personal items. EPL aluminum products are designed to be shaped manually. Avoid excessive or sudden bending at the same point to prevent weakening of the metal.

I. CRYSTALS, STONES, AND MINERALS

Minerals are natural materials and may show variations in shape, color, and structure.

• May have sharp edges or irregular surfaces
• May chip if bumped or dropped
• Do not ingest or use for food preparation

Keep out of reach of young children and pets.

L. RESIN AND ORGONITE OBJECTS

May include resins, metals, and other materials.

• Do not expose to temperatures above 50°C to avoid deformation
• Do not ingest. Not suitable for food contact.
• In case of breakage, avoid contact with fragments
