Our suppliers provide guarantees of such compliance.

Where included, the finish [Silver Plated/EPL/Copper] may deteriorate upon contact with water, sweat, perfumes, or detergents. Clean exclusively with a dry, soft cloth to preserve its brilliance.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum order is €5, which is necessary to cover handling, preparation, and packaging costs.
Are there shipping costs or other charges?
We apply a flat rate for Italy of €6.90.
Free shipping in Italy for orders over €59.
Generally, no additional costs are expected for orders within the EU. In special cases, any charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.
How long does shipping take?
Shipments are made within 1-2 business days. During the November-December period, shipping times may increase.
What are the delivery times?
Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days from order confirmation. You will receive the tracking code via email as soon as the package is handed over to the courier.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, and the product must be intact and unused. In the event of a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within 3 days with photos: we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
